Return and Exchange Policy

Sonashi.in – If you would like to request a refund, replacement, or exchange of certain goods, be sure to get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The return and exchange are subject to the following terms and conditions:

 – For exchange or return of the product or products, customers should call Sonashi Customer Support at +91 044 23742094 or e-mail us at onlinesales@sonashi.in for assistance.

– Returns are accepted if the delivered product is incorrect.

– All products being returned must be new, unused, and in their original packaging, including any tags, extra accessories, manuals, and other items that might have been included with the product at the time of purchase.

– Cut cables and wires are not eligible for return or exchange if the packaging is opened or used.

– Our team will arrange the collection of the product to be returned.

– The returned product needs to be verified by the Sonashi service center.

– The process can take up to 3–5 business days from the date of collection.

– Return or exchange will be done only after the inspection or technical report.

– We will be charging INR 300 as a shipping fee for a return or replacement of a product. This is not applicable if the product which is delivered has a manufacturing defect.

– Any product(s) delivered, signed, and/or accepted and subsequently reported damaged or broken will not qualify for return, exchange, or warranty terms and conditions.

– All refunds will be processed to the customer after the quality check is carried out after the return of the product or products.

– When a purchase has been made through a Credit or Debit Card, the amount will be refunded to the account from which the order was initially placed.

– Shipping costs for the original purchase are not subject to a refund.
